BB – In His Own Words – A Question and Gratuitous Declaration

Written by Clarke Kent

BB was asked a question on Justice for Shellie’s WS thread from McSpy and answer with a post #428. I will attach post #428 and post #429, both in December 2011. It was interesting how BB (CheddahB) answers a legitimate question was Shellie afraid of anyone? BB answers the question with “She was only afraid of dun. I have no clue of anyone else she didn’t shed light on anyones name except FB….that heartless dudes name? He doesn’t really tell us anything new however does mention Tim, a boy working at BKing who sent Shellie a love letter. He brings up CT, however he weaves in that he only recognized him via a picture Miranda showed him. He reveals he heard stories about CT, MH, LJP, etc. He includes his parents hearing stories of these guys just like half of Va Beach. Nothing new as we have heard hundreds of people telling us stories about CT and 4 guys almost like they themselves planted the bad boy image and kept it “popping up everywhere.” Nothing new but reheard hearsay that became public knowledge.

Now his other post #429 in which BB unsolicited presents his declaration of what transpired by introducing his story of what happened. His introducing of “Now if I may point out me and her had an argument that might that honestly truly sorted out. Here he is setting of tone of what he wants readers to believe; since it is his view since Shellie isn’t here to refute what really might have happened in their reconciliation and his point that everything was patched up and was according to him a happy ending to an argument between them . He sets the pattern with his view only. It is therefore very important to evaluate what facts we know as much of his storyline is solely coming from him. Part of my introducing his statements in his own words is because we must look at everything we learned and we are learning to come up with the truth. By looking at his statements we can put the puzzle together with our own logic and facts that we know. Again in this statement that was unsolicited he manages to put in his telephone was his house phone and he contradicts himself by telling us she said call me BB when you get home but he doesn’t. Why? Possible he wanted proof that he was home and that took the storyline of her calling him not the opposite. The telephone calls to his home phone, via her cell never happened and BB can’t explain this. He was adamant time after time that he recognized her telephone when he spoke to her and it was her cell.

Justice has so many statements from BB and I will share them as they can tell us what BB wants us to think. Shellie’s response will be represented by out critical evaluation of the actual truth.

  1. Evidence says:

The Phone calls clearly seem to shake him. Why? why was it important for him to insist that a call came to his house? Again, he thinks that just making his statement to Justice, that they will just lay down and believe him. Obviously having proof to the contrary really rattled him.
Just like MF mentioned that the car at 7/11 that early am was his.
My first question to him, when Justice along with B, met that early 4am meeting was very simple. “B, did you ever know Shellie to leave her house without a cell phone”?
He just looked startled, did not say anything. Why? Finally it was Shellie’s brother that afte B’s non response said very emphatically, “NO, my sister never went anywhere without her cell phone”!
I have often pondered in my mind, as to why he would not answer the questions I presented directly to him. The question was innocent, I only wanted to know if she did or did not take her cell phone with her. Why would he not want to help?
The last question was at the sight were the body was found. “B, who do you think killed Shellie”? Again no response. Actually at the time, I thought he would accuse CT. But nothing. Why? He must have had suspensions over the years.
There can only be two reasons that I can come up with.
    1) He knew we were serious in this hunt to find evidence that would help the case, and afraid answering the question would cause another question that might contradict a prior statement from himself.
    2) He was advised to not say a word, (which he did not).

Justice, thank you for resubmitting these post. The do warrant more and more scrutiny. Even though I have read them hundreds of times. It pays to go over each sentence at later dates.

    • Miranda says:

Did BB answer any of your questions or speak at all that night? I didn’t pay a whole lot of attention to him. I was driving, so I paid more attention to Bill and Clarke when they spoke of where we were going next and the things that they had noticed when they did it on the bikes.

Evidence With regard to resubmitting the Websleuth Justice For Shellie comments by BB I intend to post all relevant comments also from our web site/blog. Lois Layne will be following all topics discussed and we will be able to observe how certain comments may have changed with time and new information that were discussed on the blog.

    • Miranda says:

Did you miss my comment with this question, or are you just not answering me?

  2. Juliet says:

So in the first comment above he seems to say that the reason he called mf after leaving jc Penney is because he was confused about Shellie being out. According to him, Shellie had told him she was going to bed. So when the cops told him that she didn’t go to bed, but went to 711 to hang out with her buddy, mf, his first gut instinct was to call mf to fist of all confirm this was true and secondly to find out why she went to see him. I guess I could understand why he would want to call mf. After all, he is just finding out that his fiance snuck out of her house, after telling him she was going to bed, to go see her ex boyfriend. He probably thought mf knew what happened to her or knew something! I couldn’t ever really understand why he would call mf but after reading his comment it actually kinda makes sense to me.

    • Clarke Kent says:

Juliet The police did not tell BB that Shellie was at the7/11. because at the point of identifying Shellie as the female murdered at the Circle LE was unaware at this point of any bachground information prior to her murder. BB learned when he called MF. We have many statements regarding this conversation.

      • Miranda says:

This is correct. Which makes calling him even more plausible. After thinking that she went to bed, and finding out that she went out instead, who else would she go see? Who would most likely know that she had gone out and why? She had already left BB’s house and gone to see MF. That’s the person I would expect to have answers.

      • Juliet says:

Ooohhhhh. I was mistaken then. Ok so I go back to my original thought of why would mf be the first person he called unless he thought maybe Shellie had gone yo see him. Maybe this was a pattern for them. I remember in the last post I read a comment where bb said “once again Shellie didn’t go to bed but snuck out..” or something along those lines. Bb knew Shellie was sleeping with mf. He had to. And him calling mf like that just makes it all the more evident to me that he knew she was cheating. That’s the only reason I can think of anyway… And bb isn’t coming on here and telling us the reason he called mf T that moment so all we have is speculation. Bb would make his own life so much easier by just telling the truth about whatever questions are asked of him. If he is truly innocent he should have no problem with this, as he should have nothing to hide. His blatant ignoring of queens thrown his way only makes him look suspicious. Does he even realize this i wonder?

      • Juliet says:

Another thought… it could be possible that bb assumed Shellie left to go get cigarettes since he didn’t get them for her. Maybe he thought that was really why she snuck out. And of course she would go see mf because he is the one who sells the cigarettes. I mean there are any number of reasons why he would plausibly call mf at that moment. But there are also lots of reasons that are shady why he would call him. It really could go either way. And again, bb isn’t making himself look any better by his outrageous Attitude and non agreement to participate in helping to solve her murder.

    • Clarke Kent says:

Juliet Another point is BB & MF had contact via cell several times during this Sat Aug 13th,period. When Lois Layne & I interviewed him we learned that BB called him when he visited her after the argument & roconciliation, which would be about 12;50. This was new information and I thought it odd that BB never brought it up.

      • Juliet says:

If I remember correctly bb called mf to tell him he had gotten home from Shellies house. Now why would bb feel the need to call mf and tell him that? Makes no sense unless he was starting some sort of plan into motion…
Or it could be that mf was just lying. As he doesn’t have a very good track record for telling the truth.

        • Miranda says:

Maybe because he wanted to let him know they had talked? After MF had told him that they two of them needed to get their crap together.

          • Clarke Kent says:

Miranda Your thought that his last cell conversation with MF was when Shellie called BB when they were outside of the7/11 prior to Shellie heading home and Shellie while speakong with BB handed her phone to MF. That is when he told BB to get his act together, etc. Your thinking could be correct and he wanted to let MF know they had reconciled. That is a possiblity, however Shellie was texing MF during the reconciliation& is an odd way to make up.

            • Miranda says:

The whole situation was odd. After hearing from D that MF and Shellie were getting back together but Shellie needed him for the car, I have always believed that Shellie and MF were both playing him because of their own needs (using him) and that she pretended to reconcile with him, while still messing around with MF behind his back.

        • Clarke Kent says:

Juliet BB has stated that he reconciled with Sellie and everything was a happy ending and she told him (BB Words)to call her when he got home which never happened however BB called MF. Doesn’t make sense.

          • Juliet says:

I agree. It makes absolutely no sense that bb would “forget” to call Shellie to let her know he got home ok but he did call mf to let him know? Was mf his girlfriend or was shellie? Hmm…

  3. R says:

Oh FYI as a known fact if you have a caller Id and battery dies and when you replace the battery all numbers will appear back on the caller I’d unless you have erased all calls!

    • Juliet says:

R you are right about this I believe. I never posted this information that I thought was true but couldn’t verify 100% so I never posted it but I believe you are correct that the info should still be there unless the battery is completely dead and then you can get a new battery. The calls should still be there. Unless they were erased.

  4. R says:

This is 100% accurate! I have done this myself and it holds true for caller I’d on cordless phones as well
