CT Arrested for Violating Probation

Justice was alerted that CT, on Sept 7, 2017 was arrested for a code #19.2-306 a violation of probation. It was from a violation that occurred on Aug 31, 2017 and has the case # CR15003242-02. On Aug 31, 2017 a writ was executed to CT for his seizure (arrest) for the purpose of requiring him to answer the courts contention of a violation of probation. He appeared for a hearing on Sept 12, 2017 at which time he made arrangements for time to secure representation by an attorney. Another hearing is set for Sept 26, th 2017. Justice is in the process of attaining more information and will keep our readers up to date on what transpire. We are presently receiving info from sources that will expand on the new information we know for a fact that CT faces 4/5 years in the penitentiary if he violated his arrangement for his probation.     What did he do to violate his probation? Do you know? Was it for drinking and if so, how were authorities alerted that he was drinking? His history says he probably went out, got drunk, and got I to a fight with someone. That would be my guess. If it was for drinking, that’s a shame because I have heard that he had been doing well. I know alcohol addiction is a very hard demon to rid yourself of. I have family members who fight the battle daily. All’s i can do is pray for him to get better.

      Juliet Both Lois Layne and I have communicated with different sources and we have learned factual information that indicate 2 separate criminal problems in different courts that are present and is pertinent to his Probation being revoked. We will put the information together in our next informational post.

    Clarke I will wait to hear if in fact CT broke his agreement to go straight and live a sober non criminal life.
